The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is responsible for maintaining the vital statistics of Pakistani citizens, providing secure and reliable identification services. Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the NADRA office. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Handle requests for information and data.
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
Prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
Clerical Duties:

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors and managers.
Customer Service:

Provide general support to visitors.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Documentation and Records:

Maintain and update records of personnel, financial, and other data.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
