• Mobilizing rural community into broad based Community Organizations and enabling them to identify, plan, implement and monitor their development plans on their own.
• Arranging various managerial, vocational and technical trainings for the members of the community organizations.
• Initiating interventions for better Natural Resource Management.
• Maintaining all record about CO
• Responsible for assisting the Project Coordinator in the development and implementation of program strategies.
• Works closely with the Project Coordinator to design appropriate information collection mechanisms and, where necessary, alternative methods of information collection.
• Close coordination with, Project Coordinator, Logistics, Finance, and Database with regard of the project activities.
• Design and formulation of needs assessments and baseline, output and
Impact Data Collection.
• To manage the Team in the field, as per instruction of the Project Coordinator.
• To make and implement the Program Team Work plan.
• To ensure transparent, accurate and timely collection of data according to the information-collection survey, including administering surveys themselves, overseeing the implementation of surveys, conducting focus groups or other participatory information collection tools.
• Where dictated by circumstances, to adapt methodologies in the field to ensure the more accurate collection of data.
• Report to the Project Coordinator at frequent and regular intervals on the progress in the implementation of the program activities.
