Key work Responsibilities
➢ Management of Cashflow/ Banking terms: -
▪ Preparing/Updating/Maintaining Daily Fund Position, while ensuring all the PDCs and
current commitments are covered while liasoning with bank for fresh discounting/TR and
settlement of liabilities.
▪ Correspondence with banks for processing fund transfer requests, addressing queries raised
▪ Handling/Opening of export LC documents/ IC documents.
▪ Advance Payment/ Bank Payment/ Payments in FC (coordinating for exchange change as
well)
▪ Monthly preparation of Bank Reconciliation and closing of Finance Module

Key work Responsibilities:
➢ Assigned the responsibilities of examining and reviewing financial records of the organization
➢ Responsibility for ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting data and reports for VAT in
the general ledger
➢ Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions & financial statements.
➢ Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis and processing of year end accounts
➢ Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and
strengthen internal controls
➢ Responsible for filing the quarterly/ annual tax returns (direct & Indirect) of Trident Limited and
its 85 group companies/ LLPs.
➢ Responsible for all month-end and year-end close process along with the bank reconciliations.
➢ Provided the external & internal auditors with detailed information for quarterly MIS reports &
worked extensively towards the risk control framework of Group.
➢ Assigned the tasks of liasoning with External/ Government Auditors (including Government
Authorities).
➢ Responsible for developing and implementing TAX/VAT strategy, policies and procedures for its
proper accounting, compliance, and audits.
