Preparation and distribution of MIS to management on a daily basis.
Reconciliation, Lodgment and archival of disbursed files.
Processing of card applications.
Handling of enquiries from Phone banking Unit, Branches and DSAs.
Ensuring the validity of customer requests and updating them on CAPS, CARDNET and FINACLE system.
Coordinating a range of staff and operational support activities.
Scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments and other similar activities.
Maintaining, and updating files, databases, records, and other documents.
Involved in the sales of Smart Loans, Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
Handling customers’ complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Maintaining Daily Sales report and submitting to the Business Development Manager
