Rajby Industries, is one of the giants amongst Manufacturers and Exporters of Readymade garments having 12 Units in Korangi Industrial Area having more than 5000 employees. I am responsible for implementing and maintaining Integrated Management System in 8 units out of 12. RAJBY became the first ever garment manufacturer in Pakistan who was awarded GOTS & OE-100 Certification under my supervision.
Establishing HSE Management System and getting it audited for Certification.
- Conducting HSE risk assessment.
- Performing the safety audits.
- Quality Management System establishment, implementation and auditing.
- Conducting safety trainings and awareness sessions.
Studied on Scholarship after being ranked amongst the Top 3 students of the University. Conducted Thesis on: "IMPACT OF ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION ON MANAGEMENT PRACTICES OF GARMENT EXPORTING INDUSTRY OF PAKISTAN"
