I am working currently at Tatweer, as a Training Manager for providing assistance to clients in the following areas:
o Assist clients in organizing effective training programs after a thorough Training Needs Analysis
o Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
o Identify training needs according to needs
o Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
o Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers
o Build quarterly and annual training program
o Evaluate training materials for reviews and updates
o Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
o Encourage employees for training
o Oversee employee attendance and performance
o Track employee success and progress
o Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
o Prepare and deliver training courses
o Implement training KPIs
o Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs
As a Training Manager, I have created numerous corporate presentations and provided soft skill, technical and safety trainings to organizations and have clocked more than 5000 hours as a certified trainer. I have also enabled my Organization to get accredited by ACTVET (Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training) and HABC (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance)
• Cognizant Technologies- Worked at Cognizant Technologies as a process specialist for providing support to American health providers with regard to Insurance policy benefits and claims status for Assurant Health policy holders. Specialized in Claims section of Individual medical policies and John Alden/Group policies and Short term policies (February 2011- September 2012) - Chennai, India.
• Datacom Connect- Worked as a technical support specialist providing technical support, troubleshooting and customer service for Telstra Bigpond customers with regard to installation of ADSL, Cable and wi-fi modems and resolving connection issues (February 2010-October 2010) - Sydney, Australia.
• Datacom Connect- Worked as a member of the information line for the Australian Federal Government with regards to the Energy Efficient Homes Package in providing information to Australian householders, contractors and companies for the installation of solar panels, solar water heaters, grey water initiative and the National Rainwater harvesting scheme (June 2009- November 2009) - Sydney, Australia.

c) Participated in various National and State Level seminars on Biodiversity, Healthy Environment and Urban Environment Impact Assessment.
d) Worked as a member of Sydney Metropolitan Wildlife Services in rescuing native Australian birds and mammals, rehabilitating them and releasing them back into the wild.
