handling of telephone calls, all other Division activities & etc.

RTP.
3) Coordinates with salesmen for price verification and contract amendments prior to preparing a sales

8) Issuance of Final Sales Invoice from the completed orders and at the same time generate the
delivery notes using WORKTOP.
9) In charge of arranging the essential transport vehicle that will be used to deliver the final goods to a
specific location.
10) Responsible for preparing the necessary shipping documentation for export customers.
11) Review the overall Sales Report (Weekly, Monthly, and Annual) to WORKTOP and the SPD-CAU
Database (Microsoft Access).
12) Provides each Branch a Weekly Report for Materials/Orders that are ready for delivery.
13) Updates the Microsoft Access SPD-CAU database, which contains information on new orders,
releases to the shop floor, and materials that are ready for delivery.
14) In charge of keeping office equipment like computers and printers in good working condition and
has experience at troubleshooting.

3) Updates audit report by monitoring the necessary action done by the Plant Superintendent and Shift
Supervisor at the Ammonia and Urea Plant of SAFCO II Operation.
4) Responsible in preparing request such as building & housing maintenance (for Manager), IT Services
and etc. for SAFCO II Operation Plant using SABIC SSRS.

10) Prepares Introduction and Certification letter for all Saudi Kayan employees’ visa applicants.
