Role and Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Induction: • Preparing annual manpower plan in coordination with Practice Head
• Responsible for timely recruitment of personnel across all departments and positions as per plan.
• Ensure induction of the new joinees to the division through detailed training and right placement.
Performance Management System: • Responsible for handling the appraisals of the entire BU.
