⇒ Establish the procedures to consolidate the performance data from the railway systems within the scope of SM Contract and to ensure the data is accurate;
⇒ Establish the methods to derive statistics and management reports on the performance of the above-mentioned railway systems;
⇒ Work in collaboration with the Operator and other interface parties to ensure the data consolidated is complete and accurate.
⇒ Retrieve and consolidate all the required performance data of the above-mentioned railway systems and ensure its accuracy for the use of reporting.
⇒ Analysis the performance data, including train operation and headway performance, and generate statistical graphs and reports.
⇒ Assist the System Performance Engineer to provide regular performance report for each of the above-mentioned railway systems.
⇒ Assist the Senior Technical Engineer in KPR tracking by monitoring and analyzing the performance data of the railway systems.
⇒ Provide support to deliver the assurance requirements aspects of the project.
⇒ Support in the planning, estimating and resourcing of requirements tasks.
⇒ Support derivation of system and lower level requirements from the customer and high-level stakeholder requirements.
⇒ Provide and maintain requirement traceability from system and customer requirements to supplier sub-system requirements.
⇒ Produce and manage Verification Cross Reference Matrices to support acceptance activities.
⇒ Review evidence supplied to ensure requirement has been met.

⇒ Execution of Testing & commissioning schedule with respect to Project Plan, Preparation of test reports, history book and data on repetitive snags, non-conformance snags and on failure of different systems during testing.
⇒ Handled daily plan and manpower distribution.
⇒ Execution of Unloading of Cars with safety norms with Safety manager on respective Unloading Line.
⇒ Attending Morning Meetings for Failure Escalation, Material requirements, Blockages for progress of T&C activities with Managers.
⇒ Maintaining of each and every activity through Failure Data Management System in MAXIMO by monitoring work orders for successive execution of work.
⇒ Carrying out all electrical tests from continuity test to live line Testing and Commissioning. Tests consists of 8 car Static, Dynamic & Joint Test, Fault Analysis & Troubleshooting Using TCMS (Train control & Management system) Software, Software Uploading in IP Ring switch, CCUO, CCUC, HMI, BCU, Doors, Displays, DVR & DVC’s (CCTV system), Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning System, Public address system.
⇒ Preparation of test reports & reports on failure of electrical systems during Depot & Mainline test.
⇒ Fault identification and rectification of the reported failures systems while carrying out Static & Dynamic Tests.
⇒ Attending Meetings for Failure escalation to Shift Engineers & Experts to rectify the failures.
⇒ Entering failure Data’s in Database (Maximo).
⇒ Optimizing Preventive Maintenance Program by analyzing equipment work order history.

Commercial:

⇒ Heading the operations for making all necessary arrangements for delivery of equipments/consumables/raw material from local and foreign sources in accordance with the Bill of Material.
⇒ Interacting with the Procurement and Production Department to identify the requirement of delivery schedules to line-up the requirements of project as per the management policy.
⇒ Managing pre & post shipping documents like Invoices Packing Lists, Shipping Bill COO, GR, BOE, GATT etc.

⇒ Finalizing invoices with correct H.S. code for maximizing the benefits under various provision of Indian customs along with all supporting documents.
⇒ Spearheading logistics operations involving coordinating with companies for sea/ air/ road transport, C&F agents, CHA's and other external agencies to achieve cost-effective multi model transport solutions.

⇒ Demonstrated excellence in managing the Customs Clearance of Import & Export Consignments under Re-imports and Drawback.
⇒ Interfacing with CHA and arranging documents for registration in EDI Customs at various Indian Ports.
⇒ Actively participating in finalizing commercial terms with suppliers & vendors.
⇒ Liaising with suppliers for smooth delivery of material and various dispatch clearances.
⇒ Establish and update's records of all correspondence related to contracting activities initiates and or conducts meeting with client, contractors concerning contractual problems.

Technical:

⇒ Finalizing of the announcements and participating in the announcement testing on mainline.
⇒ Finalizing of O&M Manuals related to Special Tools with R&D center.

Interface:

⇒ Completion of Site Acceptance Tests and Commissioning of Desk Simulators and Cab Simulators.
⇒ Involved in failure investigations, report preparation with Airbus and submission to end customer.
⇒ Negotiation with end customer regarding the replacement of the damaged parts of the simulators.
