1. Creating and monitoring of schedules for the company in primavera P6.
2. Preparation & issuance of a daily, weekly & monthly progress reports to the client, the consultant, project manager as well as the company management.
3. Working in close coordination with Clients, Sub contractors and Head office's various departments.
4. Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
5. Preparing required presentations for the Top management and Client
6. Participate all meeting ( i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting and so on)
7. Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
8. Prepare and update two week look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities.
1. Summer training in Essar Power Ltd. 2. Campus selection in Force Motors Ltd. (R & D division, Design engineer) 3.Training in MS excel. 4.Training in planning and scheduling.
