1. Project Management: Overseeing entire projects, managing budgets, timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
2. Client Interaction: Handling more direct client interactions, understanding their needs, and presenting design concepts.
3. Team Leadership: Guiding the work of interns and providing mentorship.
4. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, making informed choices about materials and products.
5. Technical Skills: Expanding technical proficiency in softwares like AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
6. Sourcing and Procurement: Taking responsibility for sourcing furniture, fixtures, and finishes and managing procurement processes.
7. Marketing and Business Development: Engaging in marketing efforts, participating in pitches to secure new projects contributing to the growth of the company.
8. Site Supervision: Gaining experience in overseeing construction and implementation, ensuring the design is executed according to plan.
Beyond project aspects, I represent the fun committee of the company from Mumbai studio, fostering a positive workplace culture. By ensuring the well-being of all employees, I've developed strong interpersonal skills and contributed to creating a workplace that values both work and fun.
