Execution of building mechanical systems (HVAC & Firefighting) using relevant codes like ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA etc.
• Performed emergency repairs, installations and seasonable inspections.
• Selection of HVAC equipment for Industrial/ Residential/ Commercial applications such as AHUs, Fan coil units, Package units, Split systems etc.
• Familiar with routing and sizing of piping in HVAC and Firefighting systems.
• Quantity take-offs from drawings and preparation of material estimates according to BOQ.
• Ensuring that all preparations & application works are done according to contract specs.
• Ensuring that works are carried out according to the planned program & approved MS.
• Ensuring that all the equipment’s & materials required for executing the works are available.
• To provide information & distribute responsibilities on the construction team.
• To coordinate with MEP for proper execution of works.
• To coordinate with Safety for proper execution of works and resolve daily HSE issues.
• To monitor the progress of work in relation with the work progress & report to PE & CM.
• Reporting daily progress to the PE. Making weekly reports to the PE & CM about quality.
• Preparing more practical work schedule using its project and try to achieve it. As well as to preparing the Productivity report.
• Planning and co‐ordinate with the purchase department for the procurement of the material.
• Attend site meetings and conduct inspection, report regularly on progress and monitor weekly and monthly schedule.
• To coordinate with QC for Raise ITR inspection of work.
• Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection request.
• Implementation of Preventive maintenance and Asset maintenance programs.
• Preparing HSE statistics and monthly reports.
• Monitor stock material inventory & raise MR based on inventory.
• Maintaining relationship between client and customer.
• Trouble-shooting problems in all assets as per Emergency.
• Confirm each Work order completion based on Company standards.
• Responsible for the overall upkeep and day to day operation along with supervisors to ensure that there are no NCR for standard operation procedure.
• Analyze each SR’s and coordinate with the site staff and the client representatives of what’s required and what would be advised as service provider.
• Take action to improve the general appearance of the property, always be alert for any deferred problems.
• Reduce the downtime of plants and equipment’s with thorough proactive operations.
• Preparing, maintaining and submitting reports and records as per client’s standards.
• Preparation of standard condition survey report of facility.
• To supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for providing maintenance and rectification work, and to perform variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
• Preparation of ISO standard equipment PPM task sheets.
• Assist weekly safety tool box talks for different trade and level.
• Developing and administering the policies of resident and commercial property.
Oversee and maintain the Facility Firefighting system as per NFPA and UAE Fire Code.
• Installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Fire suppression system such as Deluge system, Wet and Dry riser system, Foam system, Kitchen hood system etc. along with all fire pumps.
• Preparing method statements, risk assessment and scope of work of the designated job.
• Preparing the upgradation and system efficiency report and submitting to the client yearly for the quality improvement of the system.
• Preparing trouble report based on the site inspection & submits the concerned client manager.
• Providing Firefighting system training to our staff and client-side operators.
• Verifying that the corrective maintenance reports are closed on time.
• On site issues are briefed /reported to the client manger on daily basis.
• Preparing the Planned preventive maintenance for the Fire System & schedule according for execution and ensuring its completion are on time.
• Daily briefing to the employs for the job allocation.
• Immediate action & arrangement of our team members according to the client/site requirement.
