Key Responsibilities:
• Managing, directing and controlling the project in entirety, involving - site survey, site auditing, appointing and liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors, while ensuring strictest adherence to schedule, specifications and budget.
• Overseeing installation and integration of the T-mobile 3G UMTS towers, submitting proposed engineering designs for up-gradation of the T-Mobile network and developing engineering strategy as well as implementation plan to maintain all civil structures, electrical systems on towers foundation, rooftops and related installations in good order.
• Performing soil resistivity tests so that the designs become predictable and providing valuable insight on the final ground resistance to be expected after installation.
• Designing and evaluating site status reports, site plans, tower drawings, power, lighting, grounding and control systems ranging from small radial feeders at remote telecommunication sites to large three phase, dual source services at industrial facilities.
• Supervising and executing key activities like leveling, surveying, verifying drawings, quantities and calculations.
• Defining the scope of work, specifying materials and techniques to be used to ensure the construction is as per set quality standards and within established budgets.
• Liaising between site and management regarding the progress, quality and safety on the site to ensure optimal levels of service.
• Administering and tracking project accounts and managing client relationships at all levels.

• Sentinel Towers (JAFZA18, 19) Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2007-December 2007:
- Designed and installed closed circuit TV and access control systems in coordination with Dubai World security.
• Emaar Head Quarter Offices, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 2007-August 2007:
- Upgraded software for biometric access control readers.
• Jebel Ali Free Zone and Port, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 2007-April 2007:
- Relocated camera locations to function adequately with automatic plate number recognition system.
• 15th Asian Games of Doha, Qatar, October 2005-December 2006:
- Provided detailed design, close out documents, site supervision & worked in teams to provide installation and integration for the security systems.

• Spearheaded crucial aspects of the projects by coordinating laterally between diverse technical teams and vertically across management hierarchy to seamlessly implement project roll outs and process enhancements.
• Planned, designed and oversaw installation of security systems at athletic venues, airports, office complexes, ports and financial institutions to deliver stellar results.
• Supervised the CCTV and Access Control Projects and organized resources for timely completion of the same.
• Appointed appropriate personnel engineers, contractors and consultants, delegated responsibilities among personnel, prepared time guidelines for various stages of project completion and handover.
• Conducted regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants to keep them informed of the project process.
• Evaluated and solicited quotations, to identify suppliers offering quality materials at budgeted rates.
• Ensured strict adherence to respective budgetary guidelines and monitored logistics and sales in close coordination with heads of the respective departments.
