Job Title: Project Manager - Duties and Responsibilities:
• Project Execution in accordance with specifications provided by the main contractor and preparing Material submittals and proposing technical submittals to main contractor in co-ordination with technical department.
• Checking the latest architectural drawings provided by main contractor and compare with the tender drawings. Raising variations if any change or difference comes during comparison.
• Getting approval for proposed materials, concept designs, shop drawings from consultant and providing clarifications in case of doubts.
• Making arrangements for mock- tests for the proposed system of facades. Conducting test with the standards shows in the specifications. Conducting tests and providing satisfactory results.
• Planning and scheduling of installation on site in accordance with the project plan provided by planning department and managing resources for the project. This includes manpower arrangements, tools and machineries, access as scaffoldings and cradles, etc.
Project Executed
• Nirlon Knowledge Park Phase 2 and 1- The Project includes complete façade work for different elevations with, conventional curtain walling, ACP cladding, imported clay tiles, canopies, louvers and operable.
2. From June 2010 till Dec 2010: M/S Aluplex India Pvt. Ltd.
Job Title: Project manager - Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing Material submittals and proposing technical submittals to main contractor in co-ordination with technical department. Dealing with suppliers, vendors for different materials to provide the material with best price to match with company's internal project budget.
• Project Execution in accordance with specifications provided by the main contractor. Checking the latest architectural drawings provided by main contractor and compare with the tender drawings. Raising variations if any change or difference comes during comparison.
• Getting approval for proposed materials, concept designs, shop drawings from consultant and providing clarifications in case of doubts..
• Co-coordinating with the procurement department and purchase department for materials comes under bulk order. Checking of availability of complete material before start of first unit production.
• Attending site meetings with main contractor, consultant and clients regarding site work progress and highlighting necessities on site for installation works. Raising variations for changes during the project execution.
• Monitoring and reporting of work progress provided by under cater staff, site engineers, supervisors and comparing with the original master installation plan.
• Monitoring the quality reports prepared by the site QC and execute the project with full standard quality requirements till handing over.
• Preparing invoices for the amount of work done on monthly basis.

Job Title: Project Engineer Aluminum Division - Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing and optimizing man hours, allocating resources for installation, Checking Site measurements and Controlling under cater staff.
• Coordination with sub contractors, suppliers for various accessories, Project Production Management and Engineering departments.
• Maintaining ISO certified quality in Installation.
• Controlling product quality and inspection and Monitoring of quality of supplied products.
• Inspection of aluminum profiles at their machining and fabrication stages as per project specification/drawings and standards such as BS, DIN, and AAMA.
• Preparation of Incoming Material Report (IMR) and Non-Confirmation Report (NCR)
• Co-ordination with vendors and purchase Management.
• Inspection and Supervision of Test units at installation stages.
• Identifying factors that may lead to poor quality and suggesting concepts to improve the standard of quality.
Projects Involved
Jumeirah Beach Residence:-
The Project includes Five Towers at JBR-Sector 6 with three towers having Basement + Ground + Mezzanine + 45 Floors. Aluminum works includes Sliding Doors, Curtain walls, skylights, Fix Windows and Frameless Doors with Aluk System. The total Facade area is 25000sq.m. Worth 20 million AED.
