Responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficiency,
accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and
dispatch

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Managing, evaluating, and
reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the receipt,
storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Ordering supplies and
maintaining suitable inventory levels. Checking orders, bills, items received,
inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining records, reporting relevant
information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Performing a daily
inspection of the warehouse grounds. Overseeing receiving and dispatching
procedures for shipments Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse
Associates Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy Ensuring
inventory and storage areas are clean and well maintained. Maintain high customer
satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and
ensuring the quality of the products.

Supervises and works with a group of employees involved in the purchasing,
ordering, receiving, storing, distribution, securing, and managing of warehouse
operations. Applies sound supervisory principles and techniques in building and
maintaining an effective workforce; and does related work. Responsible for
ensuring that the companys stock levels meet business needs. They oversee
purchases and pricing reports, replenish levels when Inecessary, and monitor
shipments or internal transfers between departments within one business
enterprise. Coordinate and complete organizational and management tasks
supporting various projects, campaigns, or events-communicating with clients or
employers about project, event, or campaign expectations and goals.

Work with purchasing department regarding inventory
Work with and support Sales Manager to help carry out business plan.
Occasional warehouse duties as needed such as lifting and moving material, receiving material, and packaging material for shipping.
Verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and other documents
Assist in counting of physical inventory.
Perform shipping and receiving duties.

Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment.
Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports, review reports monthly with management.
Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed.
