1- Worked on both construction & infrastructure projects Such as: Cairo Gate, HAPTOWN, Katameya Coast, Al Kaian - playgrounds, Assiut oncology Hospital, East Port said Lifting station & Sinai Lifting station, Dabaa Bridge & Dabaa Infra. 2- Make procurement plan. 3- Interfacing with local and global subcontractors. 4- Compare the technical & financial offers of sub-contractors and negotiate the best price to execute the specified item according to project specs, approved shop drawings & approved material submittal and prepare the contract of the awarded sub-contractors. 5- Participate to kick off meetings with subcontractors, ensuring that all terms and obligations are clearly explained and understood. 6- Issue advanced payment certificate for the sub-contractors according to the contract conditions. 7- Liaise and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies arising between project management team and subcontractors regarding the valuation of onsite works and invoices. 8- Provide valuation for variation orders and items price break down for the commercial Dept. in order to submit project variation orders to client/ consultant.
❖ Responsibilities:
1- Worked on mega construction projects Such as: Sokhna Port development - Quay Wall Construction Archirodons scope of work mainly is to construct 855 l.m of quay wall at the new basin 5 according to the projects drawings and technical specifications. 2- Interfacing with local and global vendors and across departments/divisions 3- Responsible for both Tender & Operations Project materials, works and services to ensure all deliverables are delivered as per the Procurement Plan requirements (Timeline, Pricing, and Documentation).
4- Ensure that all Supplier Pre-Assessment is done in compliance with the procedure to improve the Project performance in Supplier selection. 5- Coordinate with all relevant in-house departments to ensure all requirements are included in the bidding documents - including flow down - and prepare the RFQ to the suppliers of the Bidders lists 6- Highlight to the Procurement Management any discrepancies in Procurement processes, identify related risks and propose actions to minimize such risk. 7- Participate to kick off meetings with Suppliers, ensuring that all terms and obligations are clearly explained and understood
❖ Responsibilities:
1- Compare the prices of sub-contractors with the proposed prices from the Estimation Dep, negotiate the best price to execute the specified item according to project specs and prepare the contract of the awarded sub contractors 2- Issue advanced payment certificate for the sub-contractors according to the contract conditions. 3- Attach the approved cost sheet with the advanced payment certificate and acquiring final approval from the managing director. 4- Review quantities of the major items before contracting and proceeding with Purchase orders in coordination with the Technical Dep. And site management team. 5- Submit and approve the procurement schedule for the project showing a clear plan of delivery of items. 6- Review the quantities of purchase orders as per approved shop drawings in coordination with the Technical Dep. and add waste ratios according to the availability of material in the local markets or imported. 7- Liaise and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies arising between project management team and subcontractors regarding the valuation of onsite works and invoices. 8- Review the procurement weekly memo, making sure the required payments for subcontractors/suppliers are on track in order to ensure productive site progress and procurement cycle. 9- Provide valuation for variation orders and items price break down for the commercial Dept. in order to submit project variation orders to client/ consultant. 10- Provide the planning dept. with cost effect arising from claims, showing project over heads, price increase percentages, financing costs, currency fluctuation impact. 11 - Review final invoices for sub-contractors sent by project manager and calculate the final cost of the project before sending the final invoice to the consultant and client. 12 - Re-review sub-contractors final invoices quantities and any deductions ratios after receiving a copy of the approved final invoice after review by the consultant and client. 13 - Worked on mega projects such as Park St., New Giza, AZAD, AIA International School & Repton School Mivida.

Responsibilities:
Detailing all type of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) using TEKLA Structures inside and outside Egypt (each project was from 40 to 150 ton)
Preparing erection and shop drawings
Proposing solutions for manufacturing and construction site issues
Preparing all kind of lists ( B.O.M, B.O.Q, Part List, Assembly list,
Assembly Part List, Raw Material, weld List, Bolt List and cutting List )
Worked on detailing of 2 dummy models (each of them was 70 ton).
