In my first company Cimtrix Systems Pvt Ltd, I have completed two years and eight months.
In there, my major responsibilities were:
1. Development of running logic for machines, mainly Automatic Armature Turning machines.
2. Assisting development of running logic for:
a) Automatic Armature Winding Machine
b) Automatic Slot Insulation Inserter
c) Commutator Brushing Machine
3. Design and Develop HMI (Human Machine Interface), mainly for Automatic Armature Turning
machine and assisting for the above-mentioned machines.
4. Actively participate and take decisions in Research and Development of new features and
neutralizing existing problems in the machines, logic-wise and electrical hardware-wise.
5. Creating the machine operation manual for the company machines so that the customers
can be trained easily about the working and error recovery of machines.
6. Install the new machines in customer sites and train the customers to actively operate and
troubleshoot the machine.
7. Retrofit old and obsolete machines of the company with new electrical hardware and
program to update its features.
8. Train new employees (freshers) under the electrical section, in order to make them
professionally stable, in catering to the needs of the company.
In my second company IPCS, I have completed four months.
In there, my major responsibilities were:
1. Training Students in a) Building Management System
b) Automation Systems (PLC, SCADA, VFD )
2. Conduct College Workshops regarding Industrial Automation Trends
ACOMPLISHMENTS
➢ Designed and developed the PLC program and HMI design for an Armature turning machine
with CNC like part program features, giving full control to the user (the first of its class)
➢ Designed and developed a LabVIEW application for the measurement of slipring roundness
for the present company.
➢ Introduced the idea of checking the tool wear compensation using an additional cycle whilst
the machine run - ‘The Renishaw cycle’, which would programically enable the calculation of
wear in the cutting tool.
➢ Tool wear compensation was developed and programmed using Bosch Renishaw accurate
measuring probe.
➢ Introduced taper correction in low cost turning machines, utilizing the linear interpolation
feature of the controller
➢ Developed and implemented the ladder logic for a brushing machine with Mitsubishi PLC and
VFD.
➢ Attended and improved the working program of a PLC, Part program based armature
winding machine, that was considered obsolete by the company and customer.
➢ Never had once failed to solve a customer problem in site, always tending to their needs,
understanding their problems and catering technically to their needs.

As part of the academic project for my Diploma, our team developed a bowling machine,
which can be used for Cricket practices. The machine basically loads cricket balls in the chute
and shoots it at the batsman. The machine is capable of controlling the type of spin, bowling
length and aim location according to preset settings
