Responsibilities and duties Engineering study and follow up
(Design, Engineering management)
Responsible for overall management of the Electrical design services performed by others by managing a group of Electrical engineers to ensure deliverables are submitted in a timely manner.
Responsible for management of the delivery of the design of the various Electrical projects by verifying consistency in the design with respect to adherence to the design criteria and required standards.
Manages the scope development and tendering process by the engineering staff, as necessary, to support the procurement of the design consultants as well as third party reviewers.
Participates in the VE (Value engineering) and manage all VE studies, constructability and other workshops; and drives the on-schedule submittal of the Electrical design deliverables.
Keeps Project Management Team constantly informed as to changes made in the field to ensure timely processing of contract change orders.
Prepares weekly work load reports, monitors the progress of work accomplished and reports to the higher management and the client.
Serves as primary interface with the design consultants in performing design reviews or addressing construction-related issues related to the electrical systems.
Regularly interacts with the client to share and understand the on-going design and construction issues
Maintains overall knowledge of drawings, specifications, general contracts and time schedules related to the various Electrical works.
Ensures all Electrical design works are comprehensive and discussed with the various engineers for the best implementation and installation of services in coordination with other parties and contractor.
May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies in public meetings to support the client in matters related to the Electrical works.
Provides necessary technical support and design review / audit services to project management team ensuring the correctness and quality of implementation of requirements.
Understands all related codes and their application to the project; and overseas/manages the interface with local agencies to coordinate design standards usage and monthly approvals’ process.
Supports the SPM Engineering and Interface Manager in performing other tasks as deemed necessary related to the Electrical aspects of the project.

(Design, Technical evaluation and Coordination)
Project responsibilities will include
1.planning, organizing and supervising the work of engineers and technicians assigned to projects( if mangement ask for that)
2. Responsibilities also include quality control review of electrical deliverables.
3. Under direction take the lead and review plans and perform electrical inspection work /design involved in the enforcement of the Uniform Construction Code ans standard
4. Review, examine and approve plans and specification for electrical work to ensure compliance with the Saudi Electrical Code and the Uniform Construction Code.
5. Take the lead in the inspection and evaluation of electrical work in construction projects to ensure all work conforms to the requirements of the approved plans and regulations of Uniform Construction Code, the Saudi Electrical Code and the project specifications.
6. Take the lead in the inspection of electrical installations in existing buildings to ensure that they meet the minimum safety standards incorporated in the regulations of the Uniform Construction Code, the Saudi Electrical Code & the project specifications.
7. Provide corrective instructions to electricians, site engineers and project personnel.
8. Prepare recommendations regarding temporary and final certificates of handover occupancy.

2-Riyadh intercontinental hotel(king faisal hall) which contains also professionl low and high current systems
3-Fiasaliah tower high current.( 5 floors)
4-King Abdul Aziz conference hall which held the first meeting anti terrorism in the middle east.
5-Prince Abdullah military city ( 33 blgs)
6-and more than 60 royal villas and palaces overall the kingdom.

Responsible for the site preparation of computer room, which consisted of UTP cable, fiber optic cable, Communication cabinets, raised floor, UPS power supplying, airconditioning, fire alarm and FM200 Extinguisher system.
Responsible for the test of UTP and fiber optic cables, which require special professional test equipments.
Responsible for the hading over the project which consisting the following up the as built drawings And the necessary technical documents.
Responsible for the site survey of these kind of projects in any place in the kingdom and submittal the Surveying report, which is an important document for the tendering and the execution work.
