• As a member of the Executive Management team, contribute towards the formulation and implementation of overall business strategies and plans which enable the achievement of company mission and objectives.
• Ensure the effective achievement of HR Relations & Development functional objectives through the leadership of the HR Relations & Development function - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to ensure that the highest level of performance is achieved.

• Define an optimum organization structure for the HR Relations & Development function so that resources are optimally utilized and communication can take place in an efficient manner.
• Liaise closely with other functional and departmental managers across the business in the provision of professional advice concerning such areas as organization design and work process design.
• define and implement a functional HR plan to ensure that the organization has suitably motivated employees with the required skills and capabilities to meet the long-term needs of the business.
• On the basis of the approved organization chart, direct the annual preparation of manpower plans which show, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the company’s manpower requirement over the course of the company strategic plan.
• Direct the development and implementation of a company-wide training plan which addresses all employee development needs (skill-based and behavioral) to enable them to perform to an acceptable level and thus facilitate the achievement of personal, departmental, functional and company objectives.
• Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with external academic and training institutions within the Kingdom and internationally to ensure that company employees have access to developmental opportunities which will facilitate an improvement in their levels of on-the-job performance.
• Direct the development and implementation of a performance management process which enables an accurate evaluation of employee contribution and improves the way in which managers manage the performance of their subordinates.
• Direct & develop the establishment and implementation of robust career and succession planning processes so that employees are encouraged to build a career with company and the organization develops a pool of talented executives who possess the capability to manage at more senior levels.
• Determine appropriate market-based remuneration policies for all employees to cover all areas of remuneration to ensure that the organization is able to retain and recruit employees of the required caliber to enable it to achieve its strategic objectives.
• Ensure that all salaries and benefits are paid to employees in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure their continued motivation.
• Liaise closely with healthcare providers, healthcare insurers and medical institutions to ensure that employees have access to high-quality medical facilities which are provided with minimum cost to the business.

• Provides professional advice and support to all levels of the business on HR issues in order to ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are achieved and maintained.
• Develops implements and maintains Compensation and Benefits policies and practices that ensure that employees are equitably and competitively remunerated in line with their contribution and that company is able to attract and retain high caliber employees.
