Ensure maintenance of mechanical equipment like gearboxes, pumps, compressors, Overhead cranes, Cooling towers and Hydraulic machinery etc.
Ensure preventive, corrective and Predictive maintenance for the maximum availability of plant for production.
Develop the Failure Analysis Report and submit the same to the superior for relevant action against any breakdown.
Preparation and compilation of documents like Shift report, History cards, Check lists and Downtime Analysis report.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs and Hydraulic schematics etc.
Knowledge of spare planning and able to modify spares as per requirement.
Ensure adherence to all pertinent safety rules and regulations.
I'm working as a Trainee Engineer Mechanical Maintenance, my responsibilities are to do daily inspection of the plant and doing preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and condition monitoring and executing daily maintenance tasks
we have done various semester projects including automatic room heater, pelton turbine and worked on machine learning for our final year project done the prediction of mechanical properties of materials, done so many social works, was member of American society of heating vantilation air conditioning and refrigeration, institute of mechanical Engineer and was vice president of American society of mechanical Engineers in university.
