• Complete responsibility to decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems
• Maintains company reputation by complying with company standards and regulations.
• Design activities related to Plumbing such as Daily usage requirement, Sizing of Pumps and Water tank sizing.
• Prepare “As-Built Drawings”, O & M Manuals& material submittals.
• Review design and specification and verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard.
• Prepare schedule of work / Bill of Material and float the inquiries for subcontract works/ Materials /Systems as per the contract specifications and drawings.
• Preparation of Tender documents and technical/commercial evaluation of bids.
• To initiate / prepare Engineering /Material submittal, Vendor approvals, RFI’s /ITP’s/ Method Statement etc.,
• Carry out necessary follow-ups with vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors for timely execution / delivery of the ordered items.
• Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials and methods of installation approved for the project.
• Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.
• Ensure that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.

• Assist the instructors in the daily training activities in association with the Ministry Of Interior (MOI).
• Assimilating speakers' words quickly.
• Analyzing sentences expressed in one language and explaining them using another language.
• Building up specialist vocabulary banks.
• Writing notes to aid memory.
• Using microphones and headsets.
• Preparing paperwork - considering agendas before meetings, or lectures/speeches when received in advance.
• Using the internet to conduct research.
• Organizing workload and liaising with internal departments, agencies and/or employers.
• Working to a professional code of ethics covering confidentiality and impartiality.

• To insure that all company staff has got the medical insurance and their claims.
• Assist in new employee hiring process
• Issuing all kind of letter.
• Prepare PR, PO Requests to the CPS.
• Follow up and prepare all rent accommodation renewal.
• Ensure that all resignation and termination letters are processed as the company policy.
• Monthly update the GOSI employee list to add or delete employees.
