 Summary of experiences and skills:
I have experience accrued with over thirty (30) years as a professional accountant in managing the Financial, accounting, and commercial in multi-national companies (German, American, Arabian, Egyptian and Chinese), my experiences and skills consist but not limited to:
 Preparation and presentation the enterprise financial reports that summarize actual and forecast cost and financial position, such as income statements, balance sheets, Budget, Cash flow, cost reports, with necessary analyses.
 Familiar with various banking financial facilities e.g. (L/C, L/G & Credit O.D Facilities) and oversee the cash management and treasurers and direct the financial goals, objectives, within the budgets (Company and projects)
 Directing, leading and performance manage the financials of the Company and accounting team.
 Management of the accounting and financial day to day activities including statutory audits and compliance.
 Ensure record accounts system are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and with company policies and procedures.
 Awareness with insurance requirements relevant to construction agreements and manage associated risks as well as prepare the insurance claims
 Development and implementation of internal control procedures, financial policies, internal audit systems, management reporting systems.
 Strategic financial modeling, budgeting, valuations, due diligence and financial / business advisory across the enterprise.
 Ensure compliance with statutory and budgetary reporting requirements.
 Develop and direct the implementation of the financial strategic business and/or operational financial plans for the projects, programs, and systems.
 Establish and implement short and long range financial goals, objectives, policies, and operating the company procedures.
 Coordinate and Review of strategic financial plans for the operations and projects in conjunction with concerning Sectors
