Responsibilities:
•Leading Quality Assurance practices of core product (Web and Mobile) for Automation and Manual Testing throughout release pipeline under Agile scrum paradigm. Responsible for Specification review, test scenario designing, execution and defect reporting. Functional testing, Non-functional testing (performance vulnerability, usability), Automated testing, Manual testing, Regression testing, Sprint testing, Back end testing (SQL)
•Define, maintain Quality Assurance & business processes and advise principles to optimize quality assurance practices in alignment with business goals. Document processes and distribute to all stakeholders for review and sign off. Staff training & development for newly introduced processes, practices and tools to get them engaged and optimise their work.
•Resources management for STLC (bug triage, test planning, test scripting & execution, test reporting, testing resources) and report to directors and stakeholders. Plan testing resources aligned with forthcoming release
•Supervise and involve in automation testing of software during testing life cycle for functional testing including API Testing using postman.
•Ownership and administration of VSTS to define and maintain Defect management processes, defect workflows and project templates, user security, reporting dashboards management, maintain bug queries using WIQL
•Ownership and administration of Axosoft to define and maintain workflows, templates, filters and Dashboards for KPIs and Project costs based on estimates.
•Ownership and administration of Walk Me platform to define user journeys and designing system support products to Enhance User Experience (UX) using following WalkMe apps: Smart walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, SmartTips, Resources, Onboarding, Shuttles, Surveys.
•Certification of WalkMe courses from WalkMe university and implementation of UX paradigms across organisation.
• Testing of WalkMe scenarios against user stories sand implemented UX journeys. Advise WalkMe improvements to increase user experience.
