JOB DUTIES AS A HEAD OF ENG.MATERIALS DEPT.
As a head of mentioned dept., with 7 personnel under my supervision, we were providing :
1. Technical &design remedies/modifications .
2. Piping raw material, piping components selection from technical, economic
and availability points of views.
2.1. Materials & components (metallic & non-metallic) selection.
2.2. Anti- corrosion coatings (internal & external) selection..
2.3. Field weld joint protection recommendations.
2.4. Welding consumable selection .
3. Refurbishments advise & recommendations as per our own developed
experiences and international/companies codes & standards, concerning all division of NIGC nationally.
4. Providing Technical advice/remedies concerning preventing/reducing
corrosion phenomena.
5. Monthly visit of selected construction projects.
6. Adviser of head of standardization division at supreme standard committee.
7. Adviser of director of research & standardization at board of directors meetings.
AND ALSO
•Chairman of pipe, fitting, valve(metallic) standard technical committee.
•Chairman of pipe, fitting, valve (non-metallic) standard technical committee.
•Chairman of welding consumable standard technical committee.
•Chairman of anti-corrosion coating of pipe, fitting, valve standard technical
Committee.
•Chairman of hot tapping standard technical committee.
•Representative of NIGC in pipe, fitting, valve, electrode at standard technical
•Committee of Institute of Standard & Industrial Research of Iran.(ISIRI).

Distributors of piping components, pipe, coatings locally & internationally,
As a FREELANCE CONSULTANT, within Iran, s oil, gas & petro-chemical industries.
