An ambassador for Media and PR department in JEDCO corporatization program. Super admin for JEDCO's LinkedIn and responsible for developing, editing, creating contents, and analyzing the Business page. Design all media content for the whole company Internally and externally. Update the Media and PR department about the tasks in JEDCO daily meeting. Make sure all the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for JEDCO corporatization are completed perfectly. Work with the high level management in JEDCO to insure all tasks are done correctly. Work with Org. Excellence to align about the new updated tasks for Media and PR department. Supervise on the digital designs and videos for JEDCO corporatization. Work with designing and editing videos for some projects. Be in touch closely with the director of Media and PR about any updates for JEDCO corporatization. Meet with all KAIA’s department on a bi-weekly meeting for passenger experience meeting. Create a dashboard for the Passenger Experience meeting. Collect Twitter data for Passenger Experience meeting. Analyze all Twitter data for Passenger Experience dashboard. Present Twitter data on the passenger experience meeting. Manage, oversee, review and translate all PR & Media
documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English. Guide Important International guests and give them an airport tour. Create and Implement new ideas for Media strategies. Coordinate and support the creation of digital media content in various forms. Communicate effectively with all KAIA Terminal 1 sectors. Monitor KPIs with customer service department. Work with digital magazines, catalogues, ebooks, photo albums, newspapers, infographic, and basically anything in the digital area. Create creative ideas to match the needs and goals of JEDCO. Suggest and implement direct Media methods. Design digital media campaigns aligned with JEDCO goals. Create media reports. Discus media plans and campaigns with head of media on a weekly basis. Execute media campaigns as suggested, agreed on, and approved by the director of Media & PR and head of media.
