 Currently supporting Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects in the installation, testing, and
commissioning of substations andgrid station equipment, including EHV/HV/MV switchgear (GIS,
AIS), installation of low voltage distribution panels for industries, busbar protection schemes, relay
protection, in accordance with SEC engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
 Leading pre-commissioning and commissioning tests including continuity, insulation resistance,
transformer oil test, Turn Ratio test, short circuit test, Partial discharge test, Vectorgroup test, Tan
delta test, Circuit breaker contacts resistance test, SF6 pressure check, Current transformer ratio and
polarity test, relay panel tests, primary and secondary injection tests, and functional testing of
protection and control systems.
 Executing wiring, termination, testing, and installation of RMUs ensuring adherence to approved
drawings, protection schemes, and commissioning procedures.
 Supervising and performing underground cable laying, testing, jointing, and termination, ensuring
compliance with SEC routing, trenching, depth, and safety requirements.
 Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, inspection reports, as-built drawings, and test
records in accordance with SEC quality and compliance standards forgrid stations.
 Electrical QA/QC experience ensuring compliance with SEC, IEC, and project specifications through
inspections, testing, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders. Reviewed and implemented
ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Checklists for electrical activities.
 Ensure compliance with SEC & IEEE standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

 Performed a full suite of electrical tests on transformers, including: Insulation Resistance (IR/
Megger), Polarization Index (PI), Transformer Turns Ratio (TTR), Winding Resistance, Tan Delta
(Power Factor), No-Load Loss & Current (Open Circuit), Vector Group and Oil test (BDV).
 Carried out temperature rise and short-circuit impedance tests to validate design parameters.
 Performed detailed visual and mechanical inspections of bushings, tap changers (OLTC/DETC),
radiators, conservators, gaskets, and overall physical integrity.
 CB testing includes IR test, CRM test, and Timing test to ensure insulation health, contact
condition, and proper mechanical operation.
 CT testing includes IR test, Winding Resistance (W.R), Polarity test, and Knee Point test to
verify insulation, winding condition, correct polarity, and core saturation level.
 VT testing includes IR test, Ratio test, and Winding Resistance test to verify insulation,
transformation ratio, and winding condition.
 Operated and calibrated precision test equipment: TTR meters, Megger, Ductor (micro
ohmmeter), CT analyzer, CPC 100 and oil test kits.
 Analyzed test data to diagnose faults, assess insulation health, and recommend
maintenance or repair actions.
 Prepared detailed test reports, inspection certificates, and failure analysis documentation.
 Ensured strict compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE), safety protocols, and
internal quality procedures.

• Skilled in testing of transformers, Rum, Partial Discharge by using EA-Technology Device.
Conduct Thermal inspection of C2, Mark 10 thousands machine.
• Proficient in monitoring voltage, frequency, and load parameters to ensure stable and reliable
