The project aims at developing new diagnostic systems for neurological pathogens using DNA-machines.
Reported to a laboratory supervisor and share holders' liaison.
Main responsibilities:
* Designing experiments to test out new DNA machine structures.
* Quality checking equipment and techniques to ensure consistent, reliable results.
* Data collection and assessment to determine effectiveness and efficiency of DNA machines in accurate detection of pathogens.
* Managing a team of young scientists to achieve the purpose of the project.
Main achievements:
* Successfully developed 2 DNA machines that detect Streptococcus aureus in laboratory conditions.
* Created a team flow structure that ensured optimal work efficiency.
* Created a database of DNA machine designs which will be used to extrapolate successful designs using AI in the future.
