Duties:
· Administration of 6 depots with about 275 employees (branch managers, sales supervisors, sales staffs, accountants, storekeepers, etc…) with full responsibility of implementing the budget and achieving the goals of Nadec in my region.
· Promotion of Nadec products in the region.
· Increase the sales and productivities of sales team
· Follow up on the competitor’s activities in the market.
· Development, supervision and maintenance of the financial budget for region.
Distributing the brand name cigarettes (Rothmans-Dunhill-Cartier-
London-Gardes)
Duties:
· Administration of 9 depots for the team of more than 150 employees.

· Administration of team of 22 supervisors, 135 sales agents, 28 merchandisers, 135 sales helpers, 18 store employees, 20 workshop labors and 10 accountants.
· Achieving the sales budget.
· Increasing the productivities of sales team.
· Minimizing the sales expenses and achieving the expenses budget.
· Development, supervision and maintenance of the financial budget.
