Supervise operation power generation interconnection systems in assigned field. Covering all switchgear, reactors transformers, 66 KV OHLrelated gantries. Investigates troubleshoots maintenance problems. Implements fault-finding routines procedures, diagnoses problems and action including devising implementing solutions, referring to other disciplines, ecommending external expert assistance, preparing reports, as necessary feedback to team members Monitor progress of team throughout shift to resolve problem, challenges issues as they ariseEnsure team members achieve training targets goals Issue work assignments, monitor efficiency, productivity, quality and progress, ensure safe work practice and environmental regulation are followed Initiate Year Work Plan with each team member.
