Enhanced Support Solutions Division: Involved in providing Enterprise Managed Security Services (MSS) to Vodafone Global (Cable & Wireless) internal & global customers security devices.
Handling the incident tickets: Fault fixing, Advise, Investigation etc
Handling the customer change request: Assessing the plans & implementing the changes.
Involved in major customer migration plans.
To prepare Root Cause analysis for major incidents/outages related to network.
Responsible for network documentation and weekly reports.
On Call Troubleshooting with customer and TAC.
Handling day-to-day access requests & Incidents.
Analyzing the Arc sight, IDS & Arbor peak flow (DDOS) alerts & responding/suggesting accordingly
Designing and hosting new application for the customers in new or existing environment.
Working as Technical Support Engineer and responsible for troubleshooting and change management issues and troubleshooting Network issues like reachability, Configuration and new implementation and various Network activities like failover, topology change etc.
Maintaining & troubleshooting the Network Infrastructure remotely for different Enterprise customers located in different countries globally.
Responsible for the operational administration, creation and implementation of configuration changes.
Providing resolution to customer in case of issue like reachability, packet drops etc.
Troubleshooting LAN and WAN setup with redundancy by using various protocol like BGP EIGRP, HSRP/VRRP.
Providing support in Network Migration and implementation of Network Topology change.
Managing Network DATA traffic in case of Congestion, high B/W utilization by diverting traffic on secondary path.
Providing support in Network issues like DHCP issue, application issues.
Providing technical support to customers and assistance in deployment of their network.
Coordinating with CISCO site team for replacement of router, IOS up-gradation issue etc.
Handling Change Management, Incident management.
TROUBLESHOOTING OF LEASED LINE (AIRTEL ILP PROJECT), WHICH INCLUDES CISCO/JUNIPER ROUTERS AND SWITCHES CONFIGURATION WITH MAINTAINANCE, TAKING CARE OF ALL TYPES OF NETWORKS : ROUTING, BGP, MPLS, FRAME RELAY.
