Maintaining day to day financial, administrative and personnel services. Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
Assists with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls, supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
Maintaining good relationship with clients.
Look for response of same and coordinate for action with marketing/sales team if required.
In charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check and stock), sundries (check and stock) and issuing of purchase requisitions.
Reply to all e-mails on daily basis.
Handling Travel arrangements.
And any other responsibility in office as assigned by superiors.
Involves meeting the clients and explaining them the liabilities product handling by the bank.
Closing the deals with proper clients.
Explaining the importance of banking.
Frequent follow up with the customers.
Making a good relationship with the customers both existing and new.
Achieving Targets as fixed by the management.
Market analysis and research.
Promote the services in the bank verticals.
Attend meetings as and when called for.
Report daily forecast and submitting the daily sales report.
Marketing of Web related products like Web Designing products, Multimedia CD Presentation, Web Application Development, Web Hosting Flash websites, XHTML websites, portal development, web application and web services.
Product marketing and bringing new business.
To identify potential customers and sell products and services in order to increase customer base and achieve business objectives.
Report daily and weekly forecast and sending MIS report.
Achieving Targets as fixed by the management.
Market analysis and research.
Promote products and services in the industry verticals.
Attend meetings as and when called for.
Complete the sales cycle by ensuring payment is collected on time.
Follow the company guidelines and ISO quality documentation requirements.
