work as an assistant manager, Export Sales department- CAC Division with the following responsibilities and duties:
- Preparing full units selections, full technical data & quotations for the received Enquires from the Following markets: Saudi Arabia - Iran - Spain & chilled water units Enquires from UAE market.
-Cooperating with the factory different departments (Quality control. Design & development, Account, Production) through the sales orders following up process and to match the customer’s requirements.
- Developing new customers for the CAC units (RTP, Ducted split, AHU, FCU, etc) in the Saudi Market to achieve the Specified sales target.
- After sales services including spare parts, customer different complaints & quality issues.
-Cooperating with the customers to prepare the full detailed forecasts schedules and following up with them later to match with their forecasts.
Work as a Sales engineer, USA Sales department/ CAC
Division with the following responsibilities and duties:
- Providing technical supports for special designs (custom-made designs) or standard designs for the Heating/ Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment that produced in PETRA factory, according to the USA and international standards; to be compatible with projects’ applications in the USA market.
- Preparing quotations and full technical submittals for the selected equipments.
- Estimating the required shipping size for each task.
- Analyzing competitor’s equipment specifications & prices.
- Following up on customers’ satisfactions throughout the United States with the comfort and value they expect.
- Working in team to achieve business goals & cooperating with Team Quality Management.
- Working on a wide range of products including chillers, air handling units, rooftop package units, fan coil units and self contained (water source) units amongst others.
- Familiar with engineering design, sheet metal fabrication facilities, and production plants.
