Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
• Managing all renovations and new store openings to ensure that opening dates are met on budget and operating standards are maintained
• Sales :follow up on daily sales operations, Sales analysis based on market needs and trends, monitor the opening and closing hours.
• Set the expectation, standard and example for customer service across all stores to achieve a high customer satisfaction level
• Partnerships: Contact different brands to plan for different events, and Mall management regarding security matters, permits, and promotions.
• Reporting: prepare the needed reports in weekly and monthly basis.
• Team Management: Recruitment Process, Staff weekly schedule, Staff evaluations, and team capacity building by coaching based on needs.
• Delegation: distribute tasks based on abilities and development needs, engage and update the team on different tasks Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
• Reporting of defaulters and coordinate necessary further action
• Monitor the shop hourly revenue and prepare start schedule accordingly in order to ensure that the Shop/Department manpower is effectively matched to operational requirements in a cost effective manner.
• Ensure the effective communication of sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, managing performance, developing and motivating employees, in order to ensure the highest levels of performance and the achievement, or exceeding, of sales targets.
• Prepare management information reports on store performance in order to allow informed decision making such as Margin report, Store operations report, defective items on monthly basis and weekly target
• Directing and controlling shop floor activities in order to ensure that its operations are carried out in the most efficient and effective manner and the highest standards of customer service are achieved.
• Assist in recruiting and selecting shop staff by verifying job-fit and team-fit of candidates and have interviews prior submit the CV to recruiting department
• Responsible for work schedules, break periods, work hours and vacations in an appropriate manner
• Responsible for all staff disciplinary issues
• Oversee daily flow, design, display, cleanliness, staffing and all other operational issues of the concession. Concessionaire staff members are managed as a part of the store team.
Inventory check on weekly basis and generate reports of slow moving items to be transferred to big stores or return to the vendor over seeing a healthy stock level
• Ordering products from local and international supplier on weekly basis
Partner with store management to deliver day to day coaching & training to employees to ensure quality execution of store processes and strategies
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Create an innovative environment where employees are inspired to provide customer solutions across the store and share ideas regarding new ways to do business, gain new customers, improve processes, and create a more efficient enterprise
Contact suppliers regarding sales reports and reordering.
