Client: Fadhili Gas Program -Saudi Aramco project. SR.600 Millions.

This Scope of work provides the work activities associated with the Site Accessibility, Site Preparation and Temporary Utilities for the FADHILI Gas Plant. Early earth works with infrastructural works are being executed. The Main Project Construction work includes cutting and filling, compacting and rough grading of the site. The volume of sand cutting and filling is around 32 million cum. A Marl Cap layer of 150 mm is to be provided at the top of the rough grading.

• Fadhili Gas Plant Site Preparation:
1. Fadhili Gas Plant Area 9, 107, 722 m2
2. Temporary Construction Facilities Area 2, 800, 000 m2
3. Support Facility Area 773, 000 m2
4. STP & Evaporation Pond Area 593, 000 m2

• LUP Fencing (38.2 km) with 12 gates.
• Fadhili Gas Plant -Permanent Access Road
30 km two ways sulfur Asphalt Road 16M width with roundabouts at interchange with old Kuwait road with curbstone in the middle along with 730 solar lighting poles.
Upgrade existing junction under bridge at Jenna Island.

• Temporary Construction Road- 80 Km
1. 12 km of 4 lane construction Asphalt road between old Kuwait road and Fadhili gas plant.
2. 18 km of 2 lane Asphalt roads parallel to LUP Fence of Temporary Construction Camp within the FGP.
3. 22 km of Marl Patrol road parallel to LUP Fence.
4. 18 km of internal Marl embankment roads between the plant areas and lay down areas.
5. 10 km of 8m wide Aggregate Base course with MC 1 within the FGP.

• Total Sulfur mixed asphalt Road consists 120 km with road markings and MOT standard signage etc.



• Electrical Utilities:
The Project will provide and install the required temporary power supply for SAUDI ARAMCO Temporary Construction Camp and Offices by constructing 2 independent 34.5 kV overhead single circuit distribution lines between existing Fadhili substation and new Construction Facilities area by using monopoles between 22 km distance including substation building with switch gear and transformer yard.

• Street Lighting 50 km - Supply and Installation solar power LED lighting fixtures Single arm and Double arm for Permanent Access Road and Temporary Access Road.

Responsible for management at king Saud university Building # 21, 22, 28 and 30 B (female colleges) foundation and Structural work with SBG main contractor and Saud consultant.

Execution of Al-Wafra food factory at Riyadh Industrial area with cold storage rooms, generator, water treatment plant, water tanks including all MEP and HVACs installation.

Execution of Al Fouzan commercial center at exit no:14 Riyadh, two floors 6500 Sq M, with two lifts, escalator. Complete works including H Vacs and internal responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
