• Responsible for managing and leading the team

• Responsible for health checking and support any down time in Hana server or SAP Business One

• Responsible for taking business requirements from customer.
• Responsible of creating/developing new reports and layout using Structured Query Language
• Responsible for implementing business requirements on SAP Business One software.
• Responsible for training customers on SAP Business One modules and functions.
• Responsible for supporting customers throughout project phases.
• Responsible of creating customization based on customer needs.
