• Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their
work.

• Working with most types of Field Instruments such as: Sensors, Indicators
and Transmitters of (Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, PH …etc.),
Automatic (On/Off & Control) Valves most types: (Globe, Ball, Butterfly,
Diaphragm, etc.), Actuators, Switches (Pressure, Flow, Level, etc.).
• Setup and startup of Hardware and Software for the PLC, HMI Graphics, Variable Frequency Drives, control and communications networks and other Electrical Hardware and Software
• Installs, maintains, and repairs a variety of industrial electrical equipment used in the Manufacturing Plant for light, power and automatically controlled machinery such as transformers, circuit breakers, AC and DC motors, variable frequency drives, sensors, temperature control systems, monitoring instrumentation and other electrical / electronic systems.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains electronic controls on conveyors, mixers, high speed packaging equipment, control panels and other plant equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance and completes work orders as assigned.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; create drawings; release drawings; resolving problems.
• Review the shop drawing of all projects responsibilities on site covering approval of contractor's submittal for equipment, materials and shop drawings.
• Make BOQ & Make Vendor List for Projects. Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
• Complete Understanding of Piping and Instruments Diagrams (P&ID).
• Control Panels Termination with Reference to wiring diagrams.
• Field Instruments Technical Specifications Revision with Reference to Datasheet.
• Working According to Work Order System and Safety Work Permit (Cold, Hot and Confined Space).
• Design of complete electrical substations; schematic diagrams, wiring schedules, control, protection panel layouts.
• Siemens S7-300 PLC Programming and Program Troubleshooting.
• Siemens HMI Programming using the WinCC Flexible.
• Loop test, Loop Trouble shooting and Program flow tracing.
• Working with most types of Field Instruments such as: Sensors, Indicators and Transmitters of (Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, PH …etc.), Automatic (On/Off & Control) Valves most types: (Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Diaphragm, etc.), Actuators (Single & Double Acting / Cylinder, Diaphragm), and Positioners (For Single and Double Acting Actuators.), Switches (Pressure, Flow, Level, etc.).
• Working on Instruments of Several Instruments Manufactures (Yokogawa, Rosemount, Dresser, Fisher, Gemu, Samson, Tyco …etc.)
• Complete Understanding of Piping and Instruments Diagrams (P&ID). Control Panels Termination with Reference to wiring diagrams.
• Field Instruments Technical Specifications Revision with Reference to Datasheet.
