Performs with management a risk assessment, in
order to maintain adequate internal control.
Establish a performance analysis system including
annual - monthly budgets & variance analysis.
Oversee month-end close process, preparing all
financial reports for internal & external users which
outline the company financial position compared
with forecasts.
Evaluate operations and make suggestions for
increasing efficiency through improved
processes or more automation.
Review/ensure application of appropriate internal
controls, compliance, and financial processes.
Establish yearly financial objectives that align with the
company’s plan for growth and development.
Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic
alliances with vendors and business partners.
Review and analyze monthly financial results and
provide key observations / recommendations.
Supervise creation of reports, software implementation, and
tools for budgeting and forecasting.
Serve as key point of contact for external auditors; manage
preparation and support of all external audits
