- Developing a thorough understanding of clients shipping requirements and patterns. Reviews and processes day to day operations, evaluates and recommends equipment needs. Plans and schedules appropriate service line for situation to maintain a cost effective balance between customer service and cost of shipments. Ensures compliance with all government related programs specific to mode and direction of related shipments.

-Forecasting all cash payments "in" and "out" across all areas of business
to alert to any potential shortfalls, or surpluses to be re-invested.
-Setting up a central pool of funds for company group - divisions can borrow
more cheaply from one another than from the bank.
-Cash management; including the design, establish the cash policy/cycle.
- Opening and amend the letter of the credit (import & export).
- Finalize the shipments and closing the letter of credit.
- preparing the daily, monthly, quarterly & annually report's of the L/C Department.
- Preparing all the kind of the Central Bank of Egypt reports.
- Preparing the reconciliation statements for the local and foreign correspond banks.
- Payroll processing includes allowances, incentives, benefits and all deductions.
- Following up the medium and long term loans.
- Joint the team work for preparing the balance sheet of the bank.
