Create Preventive Maintenance Plans and Procedures according to Original Equipment Manufacturers and Reliability Feedback, follow up execution in site and Feedback on CMMS. Prepare Action Plans for Condition Based and/or Safety Based Major Maintenance Scopes with Procedures, Timeline and Resources Depending on Reliability and Safety Reports. Dealing with unplanned and Emergency maintenance works. Perform Failure modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) as per Operation Context. Attend daily Business Meeting with Operation, Safety, Maintenance and Consultant team. Maintain Site Survey to maintain the standard Asset Hierarchy as built according to ISO_14224 with updated Criticality Analysis. Executing Work Maintenance instruction (MWI) training & Audit all Maintenance processes and Tools. Prepare Daily / Weekly KPI's Dash Board Reports as per Managerial level. Prepare Monthly Summary for our Major achievements & Monthly Performance. Prepare RCA Study Reports for major failures in cooperation with site Engineers and Operators "Applying ISHIKAWA diagram methodology and PARETO Analysis". Follow up spare parts availability and create PRs for needs according to accepted stock level.
Create& supervise execution Factory preventative maintenance procedures.
Plan and implement predictive and corrective maintenance of Production Line equipment such as:
“Steam Boiler, Steam Cycle components, Extruder, Multi-Pass Convection Dryer, Counter-flow Cooler, Cylindrical Conditioner, Bucket Elevators, Screw Conveyors, Drag Conveyors, Soya cycle, Hexane cycle, Water treat Equipment, Cooling water cycle, Heat Exchangers, Screw Air compressors, Centrifugal Blowers, Pulse Jet Filter Dust Collector, Multi, Single Stage centrifugal & Gear pumps, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system components, Fine-grinding Hammer Mill, Vertical Ultra-fine Pulverizer, Oil extraction and store cycle”.
Prepare standard procedures for different maintenance jobs & Maintenance Reports.
Communicate with operation & Quality Engineers to solve production line problems.
Cooperate with Store Management to systemize machine’s spare parts and purchases.
Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs implement special maintenance and control of technical results.
