Offer Preparations (For Egyptian market )
Study of government and private tenders and follow-up and compare with competitors.
Orders follow up to decrease company backlog.
Solve any problems with our customers related to overdue or credit problems.
Regular customer visit - Also search for new customer.
Regular customer reports and analysis.
Survey for customer satisfaction.
Follow up complains.
Create and propose promotional tools (catalogues, software, seminars….etc).
Technical specification preparation and distribution of it to consultant, tenders teams,
Ensures that all relevant actors (sales, customers...etc) are properly trained and have the right
Monitor the competition and analyze the competitors offer positioning.
Contribute to define and implement all necessary action plans targeted for boosting the offer.
In charge of market measurement and relevant action plans.
Seminars about control products in Egypt
Prepare public price lists and also tender analysis for special prices.
