 Offer Preparations (For Egyptian market )
 Study of government and private tenders and follow-up and compare with competitors.
 Orders follow up to decrease company backlog.
 Solve any problems with our customers related to overdue or credit problems.
 Regular customer visit - Also search for new customer.
 Regular customer reports and analysis.
 Survey for customer satisfaction.
 Follow up complains.
 Create and propose promotional tools (catalogues, software, seminars….etc).
 Technical specification preparation and distribution of it to consultant, tenders teams,
 Ensures that all relevant actors (sales, customers...etc) are properly trained and have the right
 Monitor the competition and analyze the competitors offer positioning.
 Contribute to define and implement all necessary action plans targeted for boosting the offer.
 In charge of market measurement and relevant action plans.
 Seminars about control products in Egypt
 Prepare public price lists and also tender analysis for special prices.
