Key Responsibilities
* Coordination with internal & external stakeholders for preparation & execution of detailed project plan and ensuring that
it complies with global standard practices.
* Responsible for monitoring the onsite/offsite installation & operating activities to ensure quality of work complies with
the contractual requirements. Onsite & Offsite activities include the following:
o Conditional assessment of the assets
o Identifying & minimizing the operational risk; where required reporting it to relevant stakeholder.
o Ensuring assets are regularly tested to avoid downtime.
* Installation of key automated system which include:
o Kannegiesser - Green laundry Industrial solution
o Metalprogetti - Smart laundry distribution solution
o Veit & Sankosha - Premium quality ironing solution
* Installation & commissioning of the automated systems and ensuring that it complies with the project plan and any
deviations are properly documented.
* Training the client team and taking sign off on the Project UAT’s.
* Ensuring routine maintenance is carried as per Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities which are:
o Efficient resource planning
o Jobs are carried out as per the standard guidelines and specific schedules
* Liaising with project consultants & contractors while reviewing the tender documentations which include project design
& specification.
* Preparation of key documents during different phases of the project. Following are the key documents are taken care of:
o Project tendering phase
Method Statement, Project Quality Plan, Risk Assessment Health Safety Requirement Documents
o Developments & final phase
Manpower histograms, Inspection Test Plan
Training & UAT’s
* Assisting the business development team in preparation of proposals and Cost Time Resource (CTRs) for technical
submission

Key Responsibilities
* Bifurcation and extension of HV/ LV feeders, augmentation and addition of power transformer and M.V, L.V Power
lines.
* Electrification of new villages, commercial centers, colonies, buildings, industries
* Construction and Execution of High voltage (H.V) and Low voltage (L.V) power system.
* Responsible for the preparation of technical estimates/ feasibilities reports with single line diagrams, material to be
used with estimated cost and history and scope of the project.
* Preparation of energy loss reduction (ELR) proposals. Considering the factor of cost benefit (C.B) RATIO.
* Team Leader for the execution of the project at site, including erection, stringing, installation of cables and electric
equipment’s.
* Ensure proper understanding of all daily assignment, prioritization in coordination with other departments.
* To ensure the inventory of maintenance material.
* Preparation of Primary Engineering / Design Documentation in light of project technical specifications & relevant
standards.
* Involved in the Base Design Review, detailed design and IFC and Execution of following area of the responsibilities.
* Maintenance of Condensate System of the Steam Turbine in Power Plant Operation & Distribution of LT Power
System throughout power plant
* Electric faults detection & their remedies with the help of Technical Maintenance Team as early as possible.
* Assigning the duties of technical staff for routine and preventive maintenance as per their knowledge & experience
* Maintenance of Distribution Transformers in Power Plant.
