Responsibilities & duties:
• Establish & maintain tools, reporting, and systems to drive effective & efficient alignment across our global EHS teams.
• Lead efforts to establish workflows, programs, and mechanisms focused on compliance and EHS.
• Develop, roll-out, and manage programs that will be leveraged by the global & regional teams in support of baseline risk assessment, incident reporting and management, ergonomics and general playbooks for Corporate, Studio and Event operations.
• In partnership with Regional EHS Leads develop a Global EHS playbook for the execution of corporate, studio and event activities.
• In partnership with EHS leadership, ensure major efforts have clear critical path schedules identified and that we are effectively making progress to move these efforts forward.
• In partnership with EHS leaders & colleagues, support the roll-out of global cross-departmental efforts & projects.
• Acts as a technical expert identifying where work plans do not address safety and ensures the necessary changes occur by working directly with Operations, Learning and Development, the Lean Advantage Team and the Quality Department to share and develop work plans into content that demonstrates the safest methods or processes.
• Partners with site management in the technical training and development of leadership personnel in safety by possessing a clear understanding of how the company operates in accordance with the National /International Safety Programs.
• Communicates and advises site leadership and Client safety professionals on any current and potential jobsite exposures.
• Collaborates with the Risk Management Data Analyst to identify trends of potential project problem areas.
• Maintain alignment across individual project stakeholders and respective business functions to ensure requirements and deliverables are accurately defined and tracked through the life cycle of the program.
• Manage and assess program strengths, analyze program risks, and identify areas for improvement as they arise over the course of the program life cycle.
• Highly aligned with cross functional partners including workplace leaders, studio operations, event leads and senior stakeholders.
• Drive key strategies to enable improved EHS performance while addressing legacy risks and liabilities.
• In partnership with Regional EHS leads, establish regional partnerships with EHS engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Review and aggregate global EHS activities for continuous improvement, reporting and communication to leadership.
• Oversee daily activities of team members to maintain environmental management system (EMS).
• Ensure that industrial operations are in compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Compile and analyze statistical data.
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
• Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Educate industrial workers on environmental programs and policies.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns related to EMS.

• Ensure all document Company’s compliance with mandatory HSE requirements
• Provide support for development of both active and proactive HSE key.
• Performance indicators to monitor contractor’s activity progress.
• Promote safe working environment attitudes among all sites personnel's.
• Environmental control, monitoring and liaison with local environmental agencies
• Prepare the reports and schedules for safety activities.
• Prepare the fire Evacuation Emergency and Medical. Develop, review and upgrade Plant safety plans.
• To Attend All Meeting Where In H.S.E Is Discussed & safety audits
• To keep The Record of HSE Program Training to All Personal according To the Construction Contract.
• To Carry Out The H.S.E Inspections On The Site.
• Good Experience with the Finishing Works Developed Work
• In depth knowledge of Safety standards B.S. OSHA, ANSI.
• Develop and conduct Safety Orientation/ Training Programs& Toolbox talks' preparation.
• Control and register material safety data sheets (MSDS)and Control of substances hazardous to health
• Audit work to permit, LOTO, Hot work and confined space permits as well as assist the supervisors on conducting a risk assessments for non-routine tasks. Organize and chair the plant safety committee meeting
• Coordination with startup group through hydro static, electromechanical, pressure, Steam blow and other tests.
• Assisting on the improvement of site housekeeping. Safety store keeping and issue of personnel protection equipment
