•Estimate mechanical works.
•Perform process transformation and ensure that the work instructions comply with the standards of quality system manual.
•Handle responsibilities of supervising work activities as well as perform identification of errant items affecting budget and work schedule.
•Perform responsibilities of handling and maintaining equipment that has been used at field work.
•Verify the documents/ material received in accordance with the standards.
•Provide onsite assistance for the installation of pre-insulated pipes.

•Proactively drives system safety and product safety initiatives and leads implementation of and compliance with program specific system safety plans and system safety best practices.
•Drives implementations of common system safety practices.
•Preparation of program specific system safety program plan for the company.
•Prepare preliminary hazard list.
•Performs and documents preliminary sub-system and operating and support hazard analyses.
•Leads design and execution of program specific fault management plans and activities involving multiple contractors and electric, mechanical, optical and software interfaces.
•Review manufacturing instructions, test plans, test procedures to ensure safety of product, support equipment, manufacturing and test personal, facilities, the environment and the product end users.
•Monitors critical hardware moves and lifts, critical assembly and test operations on the factory floor which often requires extended periods of time standing and walking in the manufacturing and integration areas of the facility.
