- Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare procedure and scope of work for topographical survey.
- Supervise survey sub-contractors to manage cost, schedule and scope.
- Preparation of data modeling design & Geodatabase schemas (Conceptual design, Logical design & physical design).
- Manage and supervise topographical mapping using satellite imagery.
- Preparation of reports for desktop route evaluation, route selection report, site survey report, accuracy assessment for DEM interpolation, environmental impact assessment, etc.
- Conduct site survey to acquire site specific information for identification important features and major constraints on onshore pipeline route which can have an impact on the pipeline route alignment.
- Provide sole GIS input in creation of Field layout and pipeline alignment sheet drawings.
- Perform GIS analyses (Geo-Spatial analysis, Network analysis, hydrology studies, land availability & land suitability).
- Load as-built data within geodatabases meets standards and undertaking data analyses and data conversion.
- Integration of As Built data in PODS / APDM data model and assist the construction contractors in monitoring the construction activities and progress.
- Manage GIS data from Design, EPC and Operation & Maintenance in PODS / APDM to have the asset mapped using ArcGIS to analyze deviation or changes over various phases of engineering.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Review project deliverables for GIS and data model provided by sub-contractors.
- Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to issue (LUP) land use permit.
- Produce detailed, high-quality cartographic products (digital and hardcopy) and accompanying reports in accordance with technical guidelines and client needs.
- Perform regular quality control checks of GIS Data and non-spatial databases with minimal supervision to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare, load and maintain metadata.
- Supervise Chiefs survey and GIS team.
- Train and support cross functional teams to use GIS applications and tools for simple maps, light analysis, and data collection.
- Check interface with other projects based on GIS data to identify potential risk in project execution.
- Preparation of geofencing data in order to monitor all PMV equipment.
- Ensure that work carried out meets the requirements of organization plans and procedures required by the HSE.

- Preparing project plan, Cash flow follow up with client and invoices.
- Handle GIS tasks including data modeling, Geometric networks and data conversion process.
- Supervise all Surveying teams concerning create ground control points and observation the water and sewerage networks by surveying devices.
- Frequent Reporting for client and Board.
- Meeting Client and Coordinate with technical teams.
- Ensure post-project closing processes are completed.

- Survey works: Leadership of survey workshops and supervise all Surveying teams.
- Technical office: design the water network and main water pipelines, drawing profiles, quantity surveyor and invoices.
