Abdali Mall | Amman, Jordan | Retail Development

• Laison with Gensler, URC Jordan regional office, and executive management on the design and development, review, and approval of the wayfinding, signage, advertising & promo products documents and tender manuals.

• Traveled to Jordan (Abdali Mall) to asses and laison with suppliers on the manufacturing of signage work, confirmation of materials & quality assurance while assisting on resolve manufacturing concerns.

• Designed and developed the pre-launch website, lead the review process internally with the executive management and regional office, and published the website to build brand equity and promote leasing activities. (Abdali Mall)

• Researched, assesed and developed the requirements for an interactive wayfinding mobile app and post launch website and developed the RFI & RFP documents in conjuction with various departments and the regional office. (Abdali Mall)

• Lead the creative direction, development, review, and approval of two regional print & digital leasing campaigns, the leasing collateral, and enviromental branding of the Mall while laisoning with internal departments, management, regional offices and Leo Burnett. (Abdali Mall)

Salalah Gardens Mall & Residences | Salalah, Oman | Residential & Retail

• Lead the creative direction and review process for branding of “Aswaq Salalah”, the Mall’s traditional souq component.
• Design “Aswaq Salalah” signage and create signage fit-out guidelines for tenants as a standard for the souq.
•Develop the plan for the Mall’s inauguration and grand opening events, and lead creative direction on the event branding and all visual aspects of the celebrations.

Assoufid Development | Marrakech, Morocco | Residential Development & Golf Club

• Lead assesment of existing brand and initiated creative direction for the rebranding of the development and various components, while overseeing application of brand throughout development.
• Developed comprehensive brand guidelines and approve selection of materials to prepare hand over of future design requests to project team on location in Marrakech.

Raouche View at 1090 | Beirut, Lebanon | Residential

• Review and laison with Gensler and regional office the design and development of the project’s wayfinding and environmental branding systems.
• Develop a marketing strategy & media plan, and lead creative direction on print and digital advertising to promote the project and build brand recognition among target market.

The Marina | Salmiya, Kuwait

• Review and coordinate with Gensler and property management the rebranding of the development and develop a rollout plan.
• Lead the creative direction and review of the wayfinding systems, as well as the analysis of existing advertising and promotional products within the development.
• Initiate the assesment and branding workshop activities to determine direction of Marina Hotel rebranding & renovation.

Corporate Brand

•Manage the design and creative direction for all matters relating to marketing and aesthetics to build brand equity internally & externally.
•Develop the event plan, logistics, and branding of URC’s 40th Anniversary celebration.
•Develop marketing strategies for various projects with cross-functional teams, and develop media plans to strategically market projects to different target groups in different regions.
• Coordinate and follow-up with URC Regional Offices and any external design agencies to ensure that all design work is up to standards in a timely manner.
• Review and approve specifications and materials for all print collaterals including but not limited to paper selection, color management, binding technique, packaging, and presentation.
• Contribute to budget planning as part of the marketing team for the corporate marketing budget, as well as budget allocation and spending for individual projects.
