• Check annual supply schedule for hay distribution at different sites of ADAFSA.
• Communicate with the product supply section to prepare plan.
• Communicate with centers requesting for securing place and identifying method of storage.

• Reviewing daily financial report, petty cash, budget controlling, and procurements, review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment. At addition to forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Managing fleet of company by conduct requirements of rental, maintain light & heavy vehicles, and follow program of sequence preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with VP- Product Distribution and management team “HRA, Supply chain, and other supported department” to set and/or implement policies, procedures, systems, and to follow through with implementation.

Managing section area within 3000 feddans of sugar cane, with responsible about senior head men, head men and irrigators over than 80 employees, follow up all agricultural practices in field site from land preparation even harvesting. Reporting daily, weekly, monthly reports for line Managers and other tasks that given from time to time. Following up Agricultural Engineering Research and development.
