This initiative not only optimized resource utilization but also generated cost savings, totaling an estimated $12, 000 in departmental budget.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀: Planned, deployed, and configured company-wide Windows Server 2019 services, enabling employees to access a unified ecosystem with single sign-on functionality across related systems. Additionally, implemented a robust system for continuous updates and security patches to employees' endpoints, ensuring enhanced data protection and operational continuity.
𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗢𝗻-𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲: Led the deployment and integration of the open-source cloud platform "Nextcloud" on-premise, empowering our workforce with secure and seamless document collaboration, file sharing, online meetings, email clients, and project management capabilities. This strategic move eliminated the need for outsourcing systems, thereby enhancing data security and saving the company valuable resources.
