• Plan and design the interiors of the homes, commercial centers, offices, etc., as per the requirements of the clients.
• Make sure that the interior designing plans are consistent with the architectural plans and environmental laws
• Coordinate with workers and subcontractors to make sure that the work is being executed as per the plans
• Managed and supervised other members of the modelling team.
• Accurately interpreting and representing clients’ ideas by producing freehand sketches, images, worked up designs and samples.
• Creating proposals based upon sketches, drawings packages and samples.
• Visualize the designs and prepare 2D and 3D images using CAD and other designing software.
• Planning the space and layout of projects.
• Consulting with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, safety requirements and the good use of space.s
• Developing comprehensive plans and 3D models using computer programs (CAD and other graphics softwares) drawing walls, patricians, displays, lighting, furniture and other fixtures.
• Building up plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings.
• Estimating costs and materials required.
