and testing for a 1, 000-villa residential project in the New Administrative Capital.
• Technical Compliance: Ensuring all site works align with approved Shop Drawings and consultant
specifications.
• Field Engineering: Managing the installation of earthing systems, outdoor lighting poles, and distribution
pillars.
• Project Documentation: Preparing and following up on Site Inspection Requests (SIR) and Material
Inspection Requests (MIR).
• Coordination: Collaborating with civil and mechanical teams to resolve site clashes and ensure seamless
infrastructure progress.

العمل في مشاريع البنية التحتية الخاصة بالجهد المنخفض داخل مشروعات كُبرى.
تنفيذ مسارات الكابلات من غرفة المحول → البيلر → صندوق التوزيع الخاص بالفيلات (كُفري).
الإشراف على سحب الكابلات، إنهاء الأطراف (Termination)، والاختبارات لشبكات الجهد المنخفض.
تنفيذ واختبار نظام التأريض.
إجراء حصر الكميات لجميع أعمال الجهد المنخفض.
إعداد المستخلصات الشهرية طبقًا لنسب الإنجاز الفعلية في الموقع.
التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق التنفيذ لضمان مطابقة الأعمال للرسومات والمواصفات.
متابعة المقاولين (الشركات المنفذة) لضمان مطابقة الأعمال للرسومات والمواصفات والكود الكهربائي.
مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات التنفيذية والاعتمادات الفنية.
مابعة تقدم الأعمال بالموقع وإصدار الملاحظات الفنية للمقاولين.
المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق بين المالك والاستشاريين والمقاولين.
مراجعة الكميات المقدمة من المقاولين ومقارنتها بالأعمال المنفذة فعليًا.
إعداد التقارير الفنية للإدارة بخصوص تقدم الأعمال والتحديات في الموقع.

• Quantity Surveying (QS): Performed precise quantity take-offs for electrical materials and works to support
project budgeting.
• Financial Reporting: Prepared and verified Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) for subcontractors and
clients.
• Technical Submitals: Reviewed and prepared material submitals and technical shop drawings for approval.
• Monitoring: Tracked site progress against the planned schedule and coordinated with consultants to
resolve technical issues.
