Job Description:
In charge of sales and marketing of the following principals in-order to meet sale targets:
• KRYTON - Crystalline waterproofing Solutions.
• TERRAM Geo-synthetics - Geo-textiles and drain solutions.
• Envirocon Concrete Admixtures.
• Concrete Crack and leap repair.
• Marble and Granite.
• Halfen Moment Precast accessories, Post-tension, bearing and expansion joints.
• Hollow Metal and Blast resistant doors.
• High Security, Chain link, welded mesh, decorative fencing.
• Asphalt Polymers.
Scope of Work:
• Arrange and Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, clients, managers, engineers and consultants
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations of our products and services to our clients
• Prepare and calculate Project estimation study and cost analysis documents/submissions
• Review and submit technical specifications of prospect projects.
• Market research and evaluation of prospect sales and product study.
• Quoting, closing and follow up with clients to insure full satisfaction
• Contract and payment terms conditions negotiations and arrangements of delivery.
• Submit and approve our products in government sectors.
• Prepare reports, sales targets, financial accounts and market study comparisons.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to clients and customers.
• Site evaluations and problem solving
• Recording and maintaining client data and accounts.
General Site Engineer, Coordinating site objectives and Goals. Following up contractors and handing over to consultant.
Current project: Qortuba Villa's (Ministry of Awqaf, Kuwait)
Project Description:
Main Office building for EQUATE at the Shuaiba Petrochemical Plant, building to be used as main offices to working personnel in existing Central control building. Building area of the project is equal to 1500sqm and consists of 2 floors. Main aspects of the building is that it is blast proof with heavy duty reinforced concrete wall, precast facade and steel structure. Windows and doors are also blast proof, high end security systems, fire protection/alarm systems and gas detection systems. Building interior is elegantly made with imported carpeting, marble and aluminum internal glass windows/doors.
Job Description
As this is a petrochemical area it requires high security from EQUATE and Kuwait Gov. My Personal Job included to coordinate the site requirements that includes sub-contractor labor force and materials and basic safety to be approved by EQUATE and the Local authorities to be allowed into site. This is done by supervising the Site Mandoob and assigning daily/weekly tasks to be completed. As a Project Engineer, Other work requirements include documentation, Coordinating weekly client/contractor meetings, Contracting, Payments, Variation Order Calculations and submitting, Daily reports, Requests for Information(RFI) Cost/Budget Control, Coordinating schedules and Planning look ahead of site activities, Material Submitting, Client approvals, and Material Quoting, negotiating BOQ prices, Purchasing in accordance to Client requirements and specifications, Coordinating along side EQUATE QA/QC team to insure site handing over requirements that include soil/concrete firefighting/sanitary/electrical/HVAC/MTC/fireproofing and weld tests to insure maximum quality of work
Worked on 3 parallel Villa sites:
Villa 1 and 2: 3600sqm Location: Jabriya, Kuwait. Cost: 2.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars
Villa 3: 750sqm Location: Faiha, Kuwait Cost: 1.2 million Kuwaiti Dinars
Description:
High end Villas Site includes: Cinema, 2 lane bowling ale, 2 water fountains, Parquet flooring, Marble flooring, wallpaper, underground parking, recreational halls, Stone fasade, gym skylight, outdoor fort, BBQ area and Landscaping.
Personal Job was as a site engineer to supervise and assign daily activities and tasks to site foreman and labors.
